Let food be thy medicine.
I believe the food and drink we consume everyday literally has the ability to change the trajectory of our health and wellness, more than any other contributing factor. The following a ‘la carte options provide opportunities to apply the nutrition knowledge you’ve learned. Because even more important than knowing, is doing.
$60/hr for nutrition services such as:
Pantry Purge: A visit to your home to help you rid the old, and bring in the new.
In-home meal preparation: A home visit from our Registered Dietitian to purchase and prepare a meal with you (and your family).
Grocery Store Tour: A guided tour through the grocery store to learn more about meal planning and preparation techniques, tips to purchase the best produce, a lesson on food labels and many other questions that arise while shopping.
*As soon as we receive your form submission request for any of the above packages/options, someone from our office will get in touch with you to get your appointment scheduled.*
